Joe Goul, Partner

Joe is responsible for Resource Management and Talent Acquisition.  Joe brings over 17 years of IT recruiting experience.  He works closely with Business Development and Delivery, as well as our client base, to insure our people are the best at what they do.   “It’s our people that make us successful.  Finding good people is the hard part, keeping them is easy... when you have a team of partners with the same philosophy: Good people deserve to be treated great” 

Joe spent many years as an employee for various companies in the IT Consulting and Staffing industry including CDI, Cap Gemeni, and Actium.  He played a key role in their success by building the organization’s human capital.  In 1998, Joe started his own agency in suburban Philadelphia, ProActive Staffing Strategies (PASS).  PASS has been delivering quality consulting and staffing solutions to the Delaware valley, and beyond, ever since.

Joe lives in Collegeville with his wife, son and daughter along with their yellow lab Sam.  He enjoys working out, coaching multiple sports and throwing great halloween parties (how could you fail with a name like Goul).

Joe Griffith, Partner

Joe is responsible for Client development and sales. With a track record of success for over 20 years, he recognizes that his reputation has been built by earning the trust of clients and teammates who are good at what they do and frank about what they know and don’t know.

Throughout his career Joe has been recognized as a leader and top performer including 6 consecutive years as the top producer nationally and around the globe.

Joe has served as the East Coast Business Developement Director for Buisness and Decision (B&D), Senior Vice President Mid-Atlantic for IntePros Consulting, Vice President Mid-Atlantic for   Romac/K-force and General Manager/Director of Sales for CDI Coporation.

Whether it’s a complex, multi-year project with a need to satisfy multiple client needs or a fast moving, critical requirement focused on key skill sets and efficiency, Joe is qualified to manage the process to success for all parties.

Joe lives in Wayne with his wife, daughter and son.  Joe stays close to his family and friends by also putting his passion towards running his Disc Jockey business and coaching sports for his kids’ and community's teams.

Jay Miller, Partner

Jay is responsible for account management and delivery including the developoment of service offerings and solutions focused on project managment and operations.  Jay has 15 years of consulting experience in the management, development and delivery of services to a diverse portfolio of clients in the financial services, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, consumer package goods, and non-profit industries. 

Jay was formerly Vice President of Professional Services at Business & Decision (B&D).  As a Principal of Hesta Corporation, Jay was instrumental in the planning and execution of the acquisition of the company by Mi Services Group / Business & Decision.

Prior to Business & Decision, Jay worked at Andersen Consulting in the Philadelphia technology group.  Jay received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering/Mathematics from Bucknell University.  Jay is actively involved in his church and is on the board of two non-profit organizations.  Jay lives in Malvern with his wife and two boys.  He plays golf, but his passion for the past 5 years has been coaching Little League baseball.

Mark Zahour, Partner

Mark is responsible for account management and engagement delivery including the development of service offerings and solutions focused on enterprise technology and infrastructure.  Mark brings over 19 years of IT industry experience in the development and delivery of business and IT services to a diverse portfolio of clients.  He has extensive experience with enterprise and ERP technologies and solutions in the healthcare, life sciences, consumer packaging, and financial services industries.

Mark was formerly Vice President at Business & Decision (B&D) where he held various IT consulting and management roles including building the Systems and Applications Support, Managed Services, and Datacenter Outsourcing lines of business.  As a Principal of Hesta Corporation, Mark was instrumental in the planning and execution of the acquisition of the company by Mi Services Group / Business & Decision.

Prior to Business & Decision, Mark held various technology solutions positions with both Integrated Systems Consulting Group (ISGG) and Shared Medical Systems (SMS) where he gained extensive experience in software development and systems architectures.

Mark received his B.S. in Business Administration, Computer and Information Science from Bloomsburg University.   Mark holds various technical certifications including ITIL Foundations and participates in numerous technology users group.

Mark lives in Collegeville with his wife, son and daughter along with their dog Quincy.  He enjoys coaching baseball and playing guitar when he gets a chance.
