PC Tech – installs, tests, monitors, upgrades, troubleshoots and repairs end-user desktops, laptops, software, printers & peripheral equipment. Work load is managed through ServiceNow. Tickets must be completed within ServiceNow SLA.

Must be able to perform all of these:

  • Implements technical support for desktop activities and Tier2 helpdesk functions.
  • Accountable for ticket resolution, closure & reporting for all issues reported in their area of responsibility.
  • Maintains system required for the accurate tracking of corporate assets.
  • Ensures license compliance for Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software.
  • Responds to escalated helpdesk cases submitted by the end user community for hardware and software break-fix problems.
  • Configures & installs end user hardware, software, printers and peripherals.

Certifications: A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Technology Professional (MCTP) a plus.
