Business Analyst – IT Call Center

Call Center IT BA – IT contract position that will work with the US call center of a major manufacturer. Role will involve gathering requirements, tracking deliverables and testing releases. Will work with IT developers and business users.

Requirements: Multiple years of call center system experience. Must have excellent verbal communication, written communication, and social interaction skills.

  • Call Center system experience
  • Siebel experience a major plus
  • Oracle Service Cloud a plus
  • Testing experience: writing test plans/cases and executing test cases to ensure compliance with requirements
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication

Location(s): Cherry Hill, NJ

Contract/Perm: Contract

Start: Immediately

Duration: 12 months
