Business Analyst (ITIL/ITSM) – Contractor:  Analyst position to document existing process flows and business rules in ServiceNow ticket management system.


Responsibilities and Skills:


  • Strong Business Analyst background
  • Extensive experience creating process flows in Visio and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of IT Ticketing processes a plus
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL or ITSM a plus
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills (must provide samples of authored documentation)


Start:  ASAP

Type:  Contract

Duration:  3 months with chance of longer term

Location:  Southern NJ.  Must be on site.  Remote work is not possible.

Hourly Rate:  TBD
