Business Analyst (ITIL/ITSM) – Contractor
November 29th, 2018Business Analyst (ITIL/ITSM) – Contractor: Analyst position to document existing process flows and business rules in ServiceNow ticket management system.
Responsibilities and Skills:
- Strong Business Analyst background
- Extensive experience creating process flows in Visio and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of IT Ticketing processes a plus
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, ITIL or ITSM a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (must provide samples of authored documentation)
Start: ASAP
Type: Contract
Duration: 3 months with chance of longer term
Location: Southern NJ. Must be on site. Remote work is not possible.
Hourly Rate: TBD
