Business Development Manager (BI Solutions) – FTE – St Louis or Chicago

The Business Development Manager is a member of the Professional Services Division responsible for identifying and building relationships with clients in the Central region (between Chicago and St Louis specifically) area that will result in the sale of BI business and technology consulting services. Candidates for the position will have demonstrated strong performance in a consulting sales and/or delivery position. Will mix hot and warm leads, as well as cold calls, to prospect solution-based consulting sales opportunities but mainly will be overlay selling to our existing clients throughout the mentioned southern states. He/she will use his/her knowledge of business intelligence and system integration to oversee the development and presentation of the solution value proposition, to cultivate the client relationship, to negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and to close the opportunities. Will apply well-honed consulting, project management, and functional skills in the supervision of the engagements delivered. Experience participating in SOWs, Assessments, and RFPs. Must have some technical experience during your career; Project Management, building applications App Dev, etc..

Compensation: $90 to $120k + Comm ($200k+ total comp)
